Books glorious books!

I am currently sorting out my books to see which ones I really need to keep and which ones must go to a new home.  Books get old, (no matter how much you try to care for them and treat them gently); the pages turn yellow, weaken and crumble.

Living in the high-tech information age has given readers the luxury of Kindle.  At the readers fingertips you can access a large selection of books, newspapers and magazines.  You do not even need to own a Kindle to benefit from it, just visit the Kindle Store and away you go.  The Kindle is not without its faults (the app can freeze, shut down or purchased books don’t open as has happened with some of my friends’ Kindles) but it is another asset which when working can be used to embrace the reading world.
